travel photography

Over the last ten years, I have traveled across the United States several times including an extended stay in Alaska and two cross-country drives. On these trips, I get to spend the most time exploring one of my great interests, photography.
I have begun the process of scanning and logging many of my color and b&w transparencies and negatives and will continue to post the best travel images here beginning with selections from rural Alaska in 1993, my 1994 and 1998 drives to Arizona and my 2001 drive from Boston to Los Angeles and back.
I recently traveled to London, UK and captured the first image below as the sun finally appeared after a long fall day of rain.
